HikingOur region is crossed by many hiking trails (GR 41, GR 3, GP des pays des châteaux...). As hiking enthusiasts, we can advise you on circuits starting from the house, or on the most beautiful paths in the region.
A ride on the water Go for an hour or more to discover the flora and fauna on a "toue", a traditional boat on the Loire with the association "Millière Raboton". Or go along Blois by futreau: information from the Blois tourist office. You can also go under the castle of Chenonceau on board "la Bélandre".
A flight to see it all from aboveThere are several hot air balloon sites. For example, AÉROCOM offers a flight over the Loire or over the castle of Chenonceau. "Loisirs Loire Valley" offers microlight flights over the châteaux. Helicopter flights are also available, allowing you to see more castles in less time (and in almost any weather!): Dierre airport "heliberté" or "Air Touraine".
Cycling toursIn addition to the Loire by bike, there are other routes between the castles that are easily accessible.
GolfGolf du Château de Cheverny (20km)On 142 ha of woods, plains and ponds, an 18-hole international class course (6 174 m - PAR 72). 3 holes of initiation, practice with 20 posts including 4 covered, putting green, chipping green complete the equipment.La Carte Golf CourseThe La Carte golf course is located on the banks of the Loire, on the RD-952, in a privileged environment. 3 km from the Chaumont-sur-Loire castle and 12 km from Blois. Course of 9 holes (2,947 m with white markers, PAR 36), 16 bunkers and 2 water obstacles. Driving range with 6 covered and 12 outdoor stations, approach green, putting green, pitch and put (9 compact holes)
